Our Ghee is prepared from cow milk cream, which is cultured and then heated to extract the natural ghee. It is infused with herbs that enhance its shelf life. It does not contain vegetable oil or any preservatives. This ghee is prepared in small batches that help us maintain the quality of our product.
It’s Ghee-lishious!We prepare paneer from pure and whole cow milk. We use natural lemon juice extracted from fresh lemons to coagulate the milk. Therefore the paneer you get is completely free from any preservatives. Available in cubes dipped in filtered water that keeps paneer soft and fresh. We can also provide paneer in block form on request.
We prepare curd from pure and whole cow milk and live active bacteria as a starter culture.
We prepare buttermilk by mixing fresh curd with filtered water which is churned in our buttermilk churner and chilled in our cold room.
Khoya / Mava is prepared by slowly simmering the cow milk in a Khoya making machine, till all its moisture evaporates and it reduces to solids. Khoya, has a very special place in both savoury and sweet recipes in India.
Colostrum /Chik is a milky fluid that comes from the udder of cows, the first few days after giving birth before true milk appears. At Moms’ Farmstead Dairy, this colostrum is fed to the calves first and the excess colostrum is then packed in pet bottles for human consumption. It is used in the preparation of sweet dish called Kharvas / Jinni /Junnu / Milk Pudding.
